Dew Drops Table invites the user to play with its many possibilities. The ball joints in the base – a familiar design element in Ingo Maurer’s work – offer scope for adjustment by changing the angle of the two rods and the shape of the fabric.
Dew Drops is continuously dimmable. The red dot in the corner of the metal mesh fabric is a combined touch dimmer and switch. At full strength, the light output is 2600 lm – more than three times that of a conventional 60-watt bulb. The brightness is combined with a very good colour rendering, more than 90 Ra (of possible 100 Ra.)
